About the project
A concept for a mixed-use tower with a planted sky garden every eighth floor, open to residents and the public.
Vertical neighbourhoods
The tower is split into stacked "villages" of eight floors. Each village shares a double-height sky garden with shade trees, seating and a small shop.
Climate
Deep overhangs and planted terraces shade the façade, cutting cooling loads while giving every apartment an outdoor room.
